PrePost Index · out of 100

PrePost's proprietary index, combining capital-raising momentum, market-pricing confidence, and investor strength into one comparable score from 0 to 100. It lets you compare companies on those three measures; it is not a rating of the investment. How it works

Replit valuation history

Extremely fast re-rating: $3B (Sept 2025) to $9.3B (March 2026) in six months, driven by revenue growth from ~$2.8M to ~$150M annualized in under a year on Agent 3 and AI-coding demand. High execution/competition risk given how recent the underlying revenue growth is (Cursor, GitHub Copilot Workspace, Cognition, etc. all competing). Visa made an undisclosed-terms strategic investment around May 2026 tied to agentic-payments integration -- not a priced equity round, no new valuation disclosed. CEO Amjad Masad said in May 2026 he'd 'love for us to remain an independent company,' citing Replit has been gross-margin positive for over a year; no S-1 or IPO plan found. A circulating claim of a completed IPO at $14.5B could not be corroborated (no SEC EDGAR record) and is not used here.
