What this product is, what it tracks, and what its issuer does not put on the public record.
Two wrappers around one strategy: an actively managed certificate (AMC) with a Swiss ISIN for Swiss investors, and a Luxembourg SCA SICAV-RAIF fund for investors elsewhere.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Manager | Stableton Financial AG (CHE-359.212.026) Poststrasse 24, 6300 Zug, Switzerland |
| Regulation | Portfolio manager licensed by FINMA under Art. 17(1) FinIA, supervised by OSFINcontrol AG, an FINMA-authorised supervisory organisation under Art. 43a FINMASA |
| Strategy inception | April 2024 |
| Fees | Not published |
| Minimum | Not published |
| Who can buy | Not published in detail. The product is offered in two wrappers, below. |
| Redemptions | The product page states both “weekly subscriptions and redemptions” and “Semi-Liquid — Quarterly redemptions at NAV”. PrePost has asked which applies, and to which wrapper, and publishes no redemption terms until that is answered. |
The same strategy is sold in two legal forms, and what you own differs materially between them. Which one you get depends on where you are.
| Wrapper | What you own | Identifier |
|---|---|---|
| Actively managed certificate (AMC) For Swiss investors | A debt certificate issued against the strategy. You are a creditor of the issuer, not a shareholder in the companies, so the issuer's own solvency matters to you. | ISIN not published |
| Luxembourg SCA SICAV-RAIF For investors outside Switzerland | Shares in a Luxembourg fund, whose legal name is Stableton Morningstar PitchBook Unicorn 20 Fund, SCA SICAV-RAIF. | ISIN not published |
A certificate is a debt claim on its issuer. If the issuer fails, that matters to you in a way it would not if you held fund shares or the companies themselves. See what an AMC really is.
This product does not publish its own holdings. It tracks the Morningstar PitchBook Unicorn 20 Index, so what it holds is that index's constituent list, as the index provider publishes it.
PrePost has a sourced valuation for Ramp, Anthropic, Databricks, Anduril Industries, Neuralink, Stripe, OpenAI, Perplexity.
Tracking an index is not the same as holding it. How closely this product follows the index, and what it actually owns to do so, is not on the public record.
These are the things you would need to compare this with anything else, and none of them is on the public record:
PrePost has asked for them. Until they arrive these stay empty here, because an estimate in any of these fields would be a guess about your money.
This is itself worth knowing. Every other vehicle on this site files its holdings and terms with a regulator, where anyone can read them.
Published by the provider and repeated here as its claims, not as verified figures.
| Claim | What to note |
|---|---|
| 29.7% a year since inception in April 2024 | The strategy's own figure. It is not independently sourced, and it covers a period that mostly predates the index the product now tracks, which began on 2025-09-25. |
| Over $1 billion of Stableton assets | The firm's own figure, across all its products. |
Checked: that the product exists, who manages it, that manager's registration and licence as the provider states them, and which index it tracks — all from the provider's own page on September 19, 2026.
Not checked: the fees, the terms, what the product actually holds, who issues the certificate, or whether any of it suits you. PrePost has not seen a termsheet or a key information document, because neither is public.
PrePost does not sell or broker this or anything else, is not paid to list it, and has no commercial relationship with the manager. Being listed is not a recommendation. PrePost's founder may hold positions in vehicles shown on this site; holdings never affect what is listed, the order, or any figure. This is not investment advice.
